1. Introduction

Opposite Lock Entertainment LLC ("Sales Team Six," "we," "us," or "our") provides outsourced business development, sales process management, and related software services (the "Services") to business clients ("Clients") and communicates on their behalf with Clients' prospective customers and contacts.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, submit a form, receive a call or text message from us or on behalf of one of our Clients, or otherwise interact with our Services (collectively, the "Site" and "Services").

By using the Site or Services, or by providing your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or provide your information to us.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following ways:

a. Information You Provide Directly

Web forms: Name, business name, email address, phone number, job title, and any details you submit through contact forms, appointment requests, or intake questionnaires.

Phone calls: Information you provide when speaking with our team or a Client's team, including call recordings where permitted by law and disclosed at the start of the call.

Text messages (SMS/MMS): Your mobile phone number and the content of messages you send to us, including consent status and opt-in/opt-out responses.

Email: Information contained in email correspondence with us.

b. Information Collected Automatically

Website usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URLs, and timestamps, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

CRM and platform activity: Interactions with scheduling links, pipeline communications, and automated messaging sequences.

c. Information From Third Parties

Business contact information obtained through lawful data sourcing and prospecting tools used to identify decision-makers at businesses that may benefit from our Clients' products or services.

Information provided to us by our Clients about their existing customers or prospects for the purpose of managing outreach and sales processes on the Client's behalf.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

This section applies specifically to text messaging communications and is provided to satisfy mobile carrier and messaging platform compliance requirements.

a. Consent
By providing your mobile phone number to us — through a web form, verbal consent on a call, reply to a text message, or other means — you consent to receive text messages from Sales Team Six or from a Client on whose behalf we operate, related to appointment scheduling, follow-up, sales inquiries, customer service, and related business communications.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Our text messaging program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older who are authorized to communicate on behalf of a business. By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

b. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

c. Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information in Section 11.

d. No Sharing of Mobile Opt-In Data for Marketing Purposes
We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data collected for text messaging purposes with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to provide the Services described in this policy and is not shared with any third party outside of Sales Team Six and its service providers as described in Section 5, except as required to provide the Services (e.g., our messaging platform provider) or as required by law.

e. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

Identify and reach out to potential business contacts on behalf of our Clients ("prospecting and outreach")

Schedule, confirm, and remind contacts of appointments and calls

Manage the sales process, including quoting, follow-up, and pipeline communication

Operate and improve the CRM and automation systems used to deliver the Services

Process invoicing and payments related to Client engagements

Respond to inquiries and provide customer support

Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

Analyze and improve the performance of our Site and Services

We do not use information collected for SMS/text messaging purposes for any purpose beyond what is described in Section 3.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

Our Clients, for whom we perform outbound prospecting and sales process management — since we act on their behalf, information about their prospects and customers is shared back with the Client as part of delivering the Services.

Service providers and subprocessors who help us operate our Services, such as our CRM platform (GoHighLevel), messaging and calling infrastructure providers, and payment processors — bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Legal and safety purposes, where disclosure is required to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or respond to a valid legal request.

Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile opt-in or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes (see Section 3(d)).

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. SMS opt-in/opt-out records are retained as needed to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging regulations.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

Request access to the personal information we hold about you

Request correction of inaccurate information

Request deletion of your information, subject to legal and operational exceptions

Opt out of text messages (Section 3(c)) or marketing communications

Object to or restrict certain processing of your information

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Site and Services are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to, marketed to, or designed for use by individuals under the age of 18. By using the Site or Services, or by submitting your information to us, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from an individual under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 11 so we can investigate and remove it.

10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site may use cookies and similar technologies to support functionality, analyze usage, and improve user experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.
